Easter Sweet Buns (“Pan quemao” o “masa de mona”) Easter Sweet Buns (“Pan quemao” o “masa de mona”)
Part of Spain has already started the Easter holidays, and the other part will begin them this coming Thursday. In Spain, most of us are Christians and we celebrate this religious holiday. In my area, the Valencian Community, it’s typical to prepare “monas de Pascua” and “pan quemaos”. They take a bit of work because the dough has to rise, but the result is so worth it!!I love the flavor they have, and of course, they include orange!! 🍊#springfeast Chus Molinero -
