Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsBroccolini
  2. 25 gramsMayonnaise
  3. 5 gramsWasabi
  4. 1Soy sauce
  5. 1/3 tspDashi stock granules

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the broccolini into 2-3 cm lengths and boil. Stop the heat immediately when you think they are cooked.

    Drain the broccolini and allow to cool.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients aside from the broccolini. Squeeze out the liquid from the broccolini and toss.
