I wanted to come up with a use for zucchini, so I made this!

It's easy to cook, just cut, top and bake.

Slice the zucchini into 5 mm rounds. Cut the bacon into bite-size pieces.

Put the bacon and cheese on the zucchini and bake for 7-10 minutes in a toaster oven. Sprinkle black pepper or parsley to taste.
