Ingredients

  1. 1small Daikon (Japanese radish)
  2. 120 mlrice vinegar
  3. 50 gsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1chilli
  6. 1/4lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinated diced radish with a pinch of salt and sit for 15min. Drain water

  2. 2

    Bring vinegar, sugar and salt into boil. Let cool

  3. 3

    Add mixture to radish, add 1 chopped chilli and 1/4 lemon juice
