Ingredients

1 bunchRadish
3/4 cupWhite wine vinegar
3/4 cupWater
3 tbspHoney
2 tspSalt
1 tspChilli flakes/garlic/mustard, fennel, coriander seeds (optional)

Steps

Slice or use a mandolin to slice the radishes. Put them into a jar. Heat up the vinegar, water, honey, to boiling point and then pour over the radishes and let cool. Serve immediately or leave in fridge.

I think there is no need to boil it but you can leave it for 4-5 days ... for good taste ...
