Alhamdulillah .these can be healthy ,because they have some nutritional value,and offcourse packed with nuts and cooked with mayb dried fruit and milk,it may well be better then your regular breakfast cereal!,and here we can minimise sugar as well mayb use healthier alternatives such as honey too inshaAllah.
,so dint find the vanilla hence used the cardamom and tastes very similar spice to Vanilla
So also use the oil for frying and the butter oil helps not burn them I gues
