Steps

First, melt sugar in a hot pan and stir continuously, until it melts completely.
Now add butter and stir for 5 mins.
Add milk and mix well.
Your Caramel is ready.
Keep it aside for cooling. - 2
In a hot, melt dark chocolate and pour 1 tbsp of melted chocolate into a steel bowl.
Now add Caramel and again add remaining melted dark chocolate.
Refrigerate it for half an hour. - 3
After refrigerating, place it on a dish and decorate it with cake sprinkles and cherry.
Now cut a piece of Caramel chocolate, you can see Caramel layer coming out.
