Ingredients

20 minutes, total time 2 day 25 minutes
10 to 12 people
  1. 600 gramraw mangoes
  2. 1/4 cupmint leaves
  3. 1 cupor 200 grams sugar
  4. 1 Tspcumin powder
  5. 1/2 Tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tspblack salt
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. Coated with powder sugar and chat masala

Steps

20 minutes, total time 2 day 25 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut mangoes into small pieces.

    Now in a mixture jar add mango peaces,mint leaves and some water and grind it into a smooth paste.

    Meanwhile, grease a plate with little ghee and keep it aside.

  4. 4

    Now in a pan,add mango pulp, sugar, cumin powder, black pepper powder, black salt and salt and mix well. Place pan on gas and stir consciously.

    Cook on medium heat until the mixture starts to thicken and leaves the pan.it will take 15 to 20 minutes depending on water contained in pulp.

    Remove from the heat and pour
    Immediately into a greased plate.

  7. 7

    Dry it for 2 days until it is set.

  8. 8

    Once a candy completely dry,cut them into small squares.

  9. 9

    Last they can be rolled in granulated sugar and chat masala.
