Steps

Take besan and buttermilk in bowl. Mix it. Add required water and mix it. Keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add salt to taste and give it good mix. Now add baking soda and pour lemon juice on it. Mix it properly.

Pour ladle full batter on hot tawa. Slightly spread it. Sprinkle vegetables on it.

With help of oil cook it from both side.
