Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  1. 250 gchicken breast boiled and minced
  2. 2onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 2green chilli finely chopped
  5. 1carrot shredded
  6. 1capsicum finely chopped
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspchilli powder
  11. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  12. Salt as required

Cooking Instructions

    Heat Oil in a pan. Add chopped Onion and green chilli sauté until golden brown.

    Then add tomato’s and cook until mushy.Then add ginger garlic paste.

    Then add carrot capsicum cook it few minutes.

    Then add turmeric powder,Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder,Garam Masala, salt. Cook it for sometime. Finally add in minced chicken and cook it well. Then turn off the flame.

    Take samosa Patti and spoon some filling in the top corner. Fold it in triangles and keep doing this till it come to the end. Mix flour with water to form a paste. Use this paste to seal edges

    Repeat the same process finish all the patties. Heat oil in a pan and add samosa patties.

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.

    Chicken samosa is ready serve hot and enjoy.
