1/2 (1 teaspoon)salt
1/2 (1 teaspoon)ground black pepper
Mayonnaise (amount changes with amount of servings)
1/2 (1 teaspoon)vinegar (Malt vinegar recommended) OR 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
optional
1/2 (1 teaspoon)sugar

Mix the mayonnaise with the salt and pepper

Mix in vinegar / lemon juice (adding too much changes the texture from creamy to watery)

Mix. If texture too watery, add more mayonnaise.
