Preheat oven at 180 C.

Sift together flour and baking powder.

Beat eggs till frothy.

Add in sugar and beat well.

Add in essence,oil and milk.

Beat all well.

Fold in flour and beat till incorporate.

Put half the batter in muffin pan.

Put 1/2 tsp of jam in each muffin cup.

Put the remaining batter on jam.

Bake for 15 minutes or till done.

Melt some jam with water.

Brush the melted jam on each cupcake.

Spinkle hundreds and thousands.

Serve with tea/coffee.
