Ginger Lemon tea

Lemon tea is simple and refreshing, especially in summer, compared to milk tea. When you have those late afternoon heavy buffets, skip milk tea and instead try lemon tea in the evening, and see how nice it feels.
Tip: don’t reduce the sugar amount, else you will not get desired taste.

Steps
- 1
Boil water with ginger for 2/3 mins. Add tea powder and let it simmer for 2 mins. Don’t let it boil for longer time, as that will make the tea taste bitter.
- 2
Add sugar, mix well, turn off heat. Sieve into cups. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Mix well, you will notice the colour of tea changes to lighter brown.
- 3
Top with mint leaves and serve.
