In the mix bowl put water, yeast, and sugar stir until sugar dissolve. Then pour into the cake flour, whisk to mix it. Remove to knead on the surface until smooth cover for 1 hour or get the double size.

Knead to release the air from the dough. Divide into eight equal pieces. Then roll it. Grease half of the rolled dough and fold it in half. Place it on the prepared paper. Proof it for 30 minutes. Bring to steam over hight heat for 10 minutes. Open the lid slightly and leave it for 5 minutes to prevent the bread from wrinkling. Now ready to put your favorite stuffing… enjoy 😉
