Rinse the sweet potato and slice. Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave. Once cool, peel the skin and finely chop.

Combine the sweet potato, okara, yoghurt, and honey into a bowl. Mash the sweet potato with a wooden pestle or similar utensil.

Put the mixture into aluminium cups, brush the tops with egg yolk. Bake for 10 minutes in a toaster oven.
