Ingredients

5 servings

30 gramsButter (heat in microwave)
30 gramsSugar
1Egg
50 gramsFresh okara
25 gramsMilk
1Vanilla essence
50 gramsWhite flour
1/2 tspBaking powder

Steps

Place a bowl on a scale. Add the ingredients in the order listed and mix. There is no need to sift the flour.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 360F/180C until golden brown.
