Sprouted moong salad is so easy & quick to make. These sproutes are protein boost. All protein rich ingredients makes this salad nutritious. This helps to reduce weight loss. Consume it as a whole or as a snack.

Steps

Soak 1 cup green whole moong & peanuts for about 8 hours or overnight. After 8 hours wash soaked green moong. Cover them & place aside. After 2-3 hours, moong gets sprouts. Pressure cook both sprouted moong & peanuts for 3 whistles. Once cooked keep them aside.

Chop all veggies finely.

In a large mixing bowl, add boiled green moong. Then add all chopped veggies one by one. Like onions, tomatoes etc.

Then add seasonings like ginger paste, black salt, chat masala, lemon juice. With the help of spoons mix all veggies with boiled moong. Then garnish with green coriander & pomegranate.

Decorate salad plate with carrot & cucumber slices. place ready salad in the center of plate. I tried to make a flower from the carrot slices. Place the flower on top of the moong salad.

This sprouted moong salad is refreshing which can be enjoyed as a mid day snack on hot day when you want something tangy, tasty & sumptuous. You can serve it immediately or refrigerate it for an hour & serve.
