Fry the brinjal and lady finger firstly.Then take a wok and put 1 tbsp oil,add asofoetida a pinch,cumin seed, fenugreek seed and gram flour and saute it till it gets golden brown.

Then add water and imli pulp and boil it,then add salt and all vegetables. Cook it for atleast 20 minutes or till it gets cooked

Ready to eat with jeera rice.
