On a saucepan bring 150 ml of cream to a boil and pour the cream to chocolate cut into small pieces or use chocolate chips.

Let the mixture cool to nearly 34 degree Celsius. Whip the remaining whipping cream meanwhile don't fully whipp it it should be semi whipped.

Keep aside 2-3 spoons of semi whipped cream aside and fold the remaining with the chocolate mixture.

After folding pour the mixture in a glass and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Enjoy your dessert with a little bit of dressing with cream that we whipped and some strawberries.
