Tasty Ash Gourd fryums can be enjoyed with sambar rice .
Steps

Grate the Ash gourd squeze water.

Make paste with green chilly, coriander leaves,jeera add to gourd add salt,hing and kurmura mix all ingredients well.

Now grease plate ad take spoon full of mixture and press it and place it on plate do the same with remaining portion and sun dry it completely for 2,3 days.

Heat oil fry the ready fryums and enjoy with sambar rice or with any rice dish.
