Take a wide bowl, add finger millet powder,rice flour,baking soda,salt mix well.

Meanwhile finely chop onion,green chillies,curry leaves and ground nuts& add to the flour mix.

Then add hot oil, required quantity of water,mix it well. Batter should be chapati dough consistency.

Take an aluminium foil paper,put small round dough, flatten it with your fingers,give a hole in the middle,it wl cook crispy.

Put a kadai on stove add oil,let it heat,put the millet vadas, after two minutes flip it. Leave for two minutes and remove.

Transfer the crispy finger millet vadas to the serving plate.

Tasty finger millet vada is ready for tasting. It wl stay for more than a week. Enjoy super tasty finger millet vadas.
