Ingredients

  • 10 gblack tea leaf
  • 60 gsugar
  • 2 cupswater
  • 118 mlraw kombucha

Steps

  1. 1

    Brew tea with half of the water. Dissolve sugar.

  2. 2

    Add cold water, let cool to 37C

  3. 3

    Add kombucha, cover with napkin and put in room temperature for 4 weeks
