Pea Sprouts and Chikuwa Stir-fry

Before, when the prices of vegetable were expensive, I used inexpensive pea sprouts to make this easy and delicious stir-fry.
The kids like it, so it's a staple at our house.
If you like the taste of pea sprouts, just use a little seasonings.
However, if you dislike the taste, use a lot.
Instead of chikuwa, try satsuma age (deep fried fishcake) or abura-age (deep fried tofu), sausages, or fish sausages. Recipe by Asachan

Steps
- 1
Slice the chikuwa, quickly wash the pea sprouts and drain well, then chop into easy-to-eat pieces.
- 2
In a heated pan, add a little sesame oil, and cook the pea sprouts and chikuwa. Fry until the liquid evaporates, turning up the heat while not letting it burn.
- 3
Add a little salt and pepper, mentsuyu, mix, and you're done.
