Ingredients

  • 1golden pomfret
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 5-6 chilies, cut
  • 2 tbspssweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Bell peppers (optional)
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the golden pomfret until light golden brown in both sides. Set aside.

  2. 2

    After frying drain the oil, leaving about 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add chilies, sweet chili sauce, sugar and fish sauce continue stir. Then add bell peppers, stir fry until cook. Now ready to pour over the fried golden pomfret. Sprinkle with coriander before serve. ENJOY 😉🥰💯
