Steps

Measure multi millet rava and take it into a bowl.
Add water in it and mix it well. Add more water as per requirement.
Soak it for 30 minutes. - 2
Soak urad dal in water for 4 to 5 hours.
Grind soaked urad dal into fine paste. - 3
Add urad dal paste into soaked multi millet rava mixture.
Give the mixture a good mix till combines well.
Let the mixture ferment for over night. - 4
Add salt according to your taste into the fermented mixture and give it a good mix till mixture well combines.
Add salt only after fermenting - 5
Grease the idli paltes with coconut oil. Fill the idli plates with the batter
Prepare idlis in idli steamer. - 6
Let it cook till they get the soft texture.
Let it cools down for some time. And demold it.
The soft, spongy and fluffy idlies are ready to serve.
