Ground Beef with Button Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers, and Indian Spices

Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove seeds and white membranes, and chop into small pieces.

Peel the onion.

Peel the garlic cloves and remove the germ (tip linked).

Slice the onion and press the garlic.

Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the garlic and onion.

Sauté until golden, then add the beef.

Lightly brown over high heat, then add the broth.

Stir, bring to a boil, and add the bell peppers.

Stir and add the mushrooms.

Cook for 5 minutes, reduce to low heat, add the panipuri spices, stir, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. It's ready!

J achète toutes mes épices « en vrac » dans des magasins indiens, africains etc..je découpe le nom des épices sur les sachets et les colle sur les flacons de ma tour à épices

Comment doser facilement l huile d olive (arroser les salades,ajouter un filet d huile…)
