Barley Pancake is very popular in western countries with addition of egg in the batter. I have tried vegetarian pancake without egg.
Steps

Collect all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly so that no lump is formed. Cook the batter in low flame under constant stirring for 1min. Switch off the burner. Continue stirring till the batter cools down.

Prepare ghee oil mixture in a bowl for frying pancake.
Take a nonstick pan and switch on the burner. When the pan is hot add 1tsp gheeoil mixture on the pan and spread. Add 2tbsp Barley batter. It will spread automatically. Cook in low flame till the bottom becomes golden brown in color. Spread oil and flip to the other side.
Remove the pancake and collect in a serving plate. In this manner, prepare pancakes with rest of the batter. - 3
In a serving plate, place the pancakes. Here, 8 pancakes were made from 5tbsp barley sattu. Honey, maple syrup or jam can be added with it. I have added apple jam to enhance the taste of pancakes.
