Firstly to make a dough take a flour add oil 2tbsp, salt to taste and water to make a soft dough.

Then take wok add 2 tbsp oil and then chop the ginger, green chilly and coriander leaves.when the oil gets heated add fennel seed,cumin seed,ginger and green chilly then add boil potato in it and saute it.Then add salt,red chilly powder,amchur powder and coriander leaves and saute it till it gets golden. Keep it to cool.

Now make a small balls from dough and fill the stuffing in it and roll it over rolling board like small puri.

Then take a wok heat the oil for deep fry and put the puri in it at low flame till it become golden brown and crisps.Ready to heat.
