Ingredients

  • 2tofu cubes
  • halfcup flour
  • Pinchwhite pepper
  • Ponch of salt
  • Halfcup cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix salt, white pepper and flour.

  2. 2

    Cut tofu into cubes

  3. 3

    Then coat tofu with flour mixture

  4. 4

    Heat wok and pour cooking oil.

  5. 5

    Fry tofu in low fire until done.
