When I went to a cafe and I had a toasted sandwich for the first time in so long, I realized that I really love toasted sandwiches!
After I came back home, I ordered a toasted sandwich maker on an online service and I made this simple but delicious toasted sandwich and enjoyed it.
Toasted Sandwich with Tomato, Cabbage and Tuna

Cooking Instructions

Put your toasted sandwich maker on a cooking stove with medium heat

Put a slice of white bread with oil on your toasted sandwich maker
- 3
Put thin-sliced cabbage and tuna
- 4
Put a sliced tomato and a sliced cheese
- 5
Put thin-sliced cabbage and tuna again
- 6
Put another slice of white bread with oil to sandwich all the ingredients!

Close your toasted sandwich maker and wait for 2-3 mins
- 8
Turn over your toasted sandwich maker and wait for 2-3 mins
- 9
Finish!

This sandwich was so good. The pesto combined with the tuna balanced well. The avocado and English peas added to the flavour profile. I think I used the right amount of each ingredient as not to overwhelm anyone thing making it a one note flavour.I had plenty leftover for more sandwiches at least 6 sandwiches in total.
