Bhindi tastes yum and flavourful when cooked with tomato puree and Maggi magic Ae masala.
Steps

Wash and dry bhindi. Remove its top. Chop bhindi in small 1 cm pieces.

Peel and wash onion and chop. Wash tomatoes and make a puree.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes. Now Add chopped bhindi and onion, cover and saute on low flame for 5 minutes.

Now add tomato puree and coriander seeds powder and salt and mix. Cover it and cook fo 7 minutes.

Remove the lid add a sachet of Maggi magic Ae masala and mix well. Check if it is done. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot with chapati or parantha.
