Wash and dry the Mangoes
Grate them with grater - 2
Take the pan add oil and Cumin seeds now fry the grated mango and saute for 2-3 minutes next add jaggery and the spices to them and mix them well

Cook them for about 10-12mins till they get the thick texture.

Pickle or Chunda is ready to serve with Thepla or any flat breads.
This Chunda stays long in Freeze also around 7-10days you can store in room temperature.
