Ingredients

20mins
3+serves
  • 2-3small raw mangoes
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2-1 tspred chilli powder as per your choice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds

Steps

    Wash and dry the Mangoes
    Grate them with grater

    Take the pan add oil and Cumin seeds now fry the grated mango and saute for 2-3 minutes next add jaggery and the spices to them and mix them well

    Cook them for about 10-12mins till they get the thick texture.

  4. 4

    Pickle or Chunda is ready to serve with Thepla or any flat breads.
    This Chunda stays long in Freeze also around 7-10days you can store in room temperature.
    Do enjoy this sweet, tangy and spicy flavoured pickle in this Season with your loved ones ❤️
