Ingredients

4 people
  1. 1/2 cup- soya chunks(ground)
  2. 1/4th cup - Semolina
  3. 1/2 cup- Sugar
  4. 75ml.- ghee
  5. 11/2cup- milk
  6. 1/2t.spoon.- Cardamom powder
  7. 2tb.spoon.- Desccicated coconut
  8. 2tb.spoon.-mixed dry fruits (cashew nuts,almond, pistachio) chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast semolina.Heat.ghee in a pan,add soya powder and shallow fry on low heat until golden brown.

    Add milk in it and cook.Keep on stirring. Add sugar and mix.Cook it for about 6-7.min. on low flame or until your halwa becomes thick.Switch off the gas stove. Mix cardamom powder.

    Sprinkle chopped nuts and serve your delicious halwa.
