Take the pan add water and give nice boil later switch off the flame and pour the Soya Chunks and keep them for about 10mins.
Next drain the water and squeeze them nicely with cold water - 2
Take the pressure cooker and now add the oil crackle Cumin seeds and Asafoetida now fry onion and tomato for 2-3 minutes

Add the spices as well and next add the vegetables one by one and saute for 2-3 minutes now add Garam masala and add 1/2 glass water and give 2-3 whistle

Garnish some coriander leaves.
The Sabji is ready to serve with Roti or Paratha 😋
