For 2 persons take 1 and a 1/2 cup whole milk.Boiled for 5 minutes.Once it is done then Slow the flame.Now add 2 tbsp milk powder and condensed milk.add condensed milk as needed...

Mix.it properly.there will be no lumps on it...

Then add saffron soak on a lule warm milk for 1/2 an hrs......add Elaichi powder and crushed cashew nuts....mix... til it is not so thick and not so thin.Once it is done.Keep in a room temperature... Once it is done...

Then pour spoonful mixture in a mould....close the lid and put the stick in the center of the mould.... Repeat the same procedure.Once it is done.keep in a refrigerator for whole night..

Next day take out the mould

...Enjoy kulfi..
After lunch.I like to eat kulfi after lunch...
