Ingredients

  1. 1 quartcream
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 4 tablespoonsdry mustard
  4. 3egg yolks
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1 cupvinegar
  7. to taste Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put cream in double boiler to heat. Mix sugar,mustard,add to cream. Add well-beaten yolks of eggs. Stir 2 or 3 minutes,add vinegar,salt and pepper.
