Madeleine

I bought a madeleine pan, so I tried making madeleines.
It's better to rest the batter longer in the fridge. It's even delicious to let them sit overnight. Recipe by *Halu*

Steps
- 1
Mix the egg and sugar in a bowl, and sift in the cake flour and baking powder, then mix some more.
- 2
Melt the butter, and add to Step [1], then mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- 3
Thinly grease the pan with butter and dust with flour (amount excluded from ingredient list). Fill the pan with the batter about 70% and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 190℃.
- 4
The small bump on the tops are an indication of delicious madeleines!
- 5
Adding honey makes the madeleine more moist, and gives them mild taste. Add 1-3 teaspoons during Step [2].
