1Avocado, halved and pitted
2Eggs
1 dashSalt and pepper to taste
1 dashCayenne pepper
1/4 cupCrumbled bacon
1 tbspFresh chives

Preheat oven to 425°F

Place avocado half in a ramekin (or cupcake tin) crack 1 egg in each half sprinkle seasoning on top

Bake about 15 min until egg is cooked through sprinkle with bacon and chives
