  1. 1Avocado, halved and pitted
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 1 dashSalt and pepper to taste
  4. 1 dashCayenne pepper
  5. 1/4 cupCrumbled bacon
  6. 1 tbspFresh chives

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    Place avocado half in a ramekin (or cupcake tin) crack 1 egg in each half sprinkle seasoning on top

  3. 3

    Bake about 15 min until egg is cooked through sprinkle with bacon and chives
