Chocolate Madeleine with 1 Egg

I tried making easy madeleines for Valentine's Day.
All you need to do is keep mixing the batter, so it's very easy to make!
When you are eating it at home, serve with ice cream, fruit or chocolate. It makes a fancy dessert platter.
It's also beautiful to sprinkle with powdered sugar.
It tastes more delicious after 1 day. For 5-6 small madeleines. Recipe by KaoRi

Sift the ◎ ingredients. Finely chop the chocolate, melt with butter, and mix. (I melted them in a microwave.)

Add the egg and granulated sugar into a different bowl, then mix well with a whisk. Add the sifted ◎ ingredients, and mix some more.

Add the melted butter and chocolate, then mix some more. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight. Let the batter rest.

Preheat the oven to 180℃. Thinly grease the baking molds with the butter, dust with the cake flour, then pour in the batter with a spoon. (Before pouring the batter into the molds, mix it well again.)

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180℃ and they're done. Remove from the pan, and let it cool. Using a bamboo skewer helps the madeleine come off nicely from the pan.
