I received lots of sea bass.
When cooking, make sure not to break the fish apart.

Thoroughly rinse the sea bass, and fillet.

Season with salt and pepper. Soak in olive oil for 10 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Fry the sea bass over medium heat. Cook both sides. Once cooked, transfer to a plate.

Add the ★ seasonings to the pan. Mix lightly, and pour the sauce on the fish. It's done!
