[Farmhouse Recipe] Meat-Wrapped Broccoli Stalk

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

Broccoli stalks are delicious, so I often eat them. For a New Year's feast, I used them in place of asparagus to wrap in meat. Since then, I often make this dish.

I use thinly sliced pork for the photos. Sliced beef is more delicious. Bacon works as well.
Peel the broccoli stalk, then you can use it in any dish instead of asparagus. Grill the stems with butter, or enjoy them in a salad! Recipe by FarmersK

Steps

  1. 1
