Combine tomatoes, onion, 1tb oil, vinegar and capers

Heat large non stick skillet over med-high heat. Add 1/2 tbl oil, swirl to coat. Sprinkle fish w/ s&p. cook, skin side down, 7 min, turn over and cook 1 min. Remove from pan. Add tomato mix to pan, reduce heat to low and cook 2 min. Top salmon with mix and sprinkle with parsley
