Steps

Take a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour salt and oil knead a soft dough cover keep aside.

Take another mixing bowl add all stuffing ingredient mix all well together keep aside.

Now make equal size balls from dough flatten them roll little thick paratha spread oil then spread spoonful stuffing seal edges again roll out with rolling pin make little thick paratha.

Heat tawa spread oil / ghee place paratha carefully cook then flip cook both sides roast well drizzling some oil / ghee.

Your paratha is ready to serve. Serve with any riata curd pickle papad salad
