It is a local dish. Made with rice and moringa (zogale)
Steps

Crush your rice, and then wash it with water till its clean.
After that u soak d rice for some minutes in water and then strain it. Press d water out very well with your hands so there wil not b water left in d rice.
Then put water in a pot and set it on fire then put ur rice in a basket add some salt and put it in d pot avoid water touching d rice. You just need to steam it.. - 2
When its almost cooked bring it down add your ingredients. Also add pepper n onions

Then pick your moringa and wash it,crush your groundnuts then mix it all together wit the half done rice and add oil. Then put it back on fire in a basket. Allow it to be well cooked.
