Steps

Heat oil and transfer to stand mixer bowl
For thermomix..you can use 100 degrees speed 2 for 2 min

Add in flour use speed 2 for stand mixer for 2 minutes
For thermomix, attach butterfly whisk add flour speed 3 for 1 minute

For mixer..add in milk and beaten egg yolk and use speed 2 for stand mixer for 2 minute
For thermomix speed 3 for 40 srcond

Transfer mixture to another bowl and clean stand mixer or tm6 bowl completely m.ensure its completely dry.

Put in the the egg whites, salt and cream tartar..speed 2 for 5 minute..after 2 minute out of 5 minute..add in sugar gradually..
For thermomix speed 3.5 for 7 minutes..after 2 minutes out of the 7 mijnute..add in sugar gradually
Whisk until egg become meringue

Fold in the 1/3 of egg whites to egg yolk floir mixture..add another 1/3 and fold well
Add in the remaining 1/3 and fold in well

Bake in bain marie method at 150 degrees for 60 minute
