We end up having left overs from a whole chicken and there's tons of ways to use it! This chicken pot pie is crazy easy and simple, very customizable, and doesn't take a lot of time! However I make a huge recipe because... these men like to eat! Cut it in half or freeze half If u want to!

Ingredients

10 min prep - 45mins cook
8+ People
  1. 3-4 CupsLeftover Chicken - Shredded or Chunks (or fresh cooked/can chicken is fine)
  2. 40 ozCream Soup OR Alfredo Sauce - Chicken/Mushroom/Celery etc - a combo of alfredo/cream soups - whatever you have
  3. 2 PoundFrozen Veggies
  4. 2 CupsBisquick
  5. 1 CupMilk
  6. 2Eggs
  7. Pam spray or butter to line the pan
  8. Seasonings if you like

Cooking Instructions

10 min prep - 45mins cook
  1. 1

Set Up: Put the oven on 350°, use spray or butter to coat your oven pan (I'm using a 13x9) and get your ingredients out. For the cream of soup/Alfredo combo, use what you have! Any combo of the items is fine just make sure you have an equivalent of 4 cans of Cream Soup (so about 40oz worth - this is your liquid of the recipe). Also if you haven't- Shred/dice up your chicken.

  2. 2

The Stuff: Throw your chicken, veggies, and creams into a bowl and give them a good stir up! Also add seasonings if u like. I just added a little garlic salt and lawrys total seasoning. Toss it in the pan! I also use a spoon and make a few holes so the bisquick can get to the bottom a lil bit

  3. 3

The Topper: Put the bisquick mix, milk and eggs into a bowl and give them a good stir. Toss it on top and toss the dish into the oven!

  4. 4

Done!: Give it about 45-60 minutes depending on how thick your casserole is. You want the top to be crispy and golden brown. That's it! I'll add a few tips for you to make your pot pie more customizable! I haven't tested them all yet at the publish of this recipe but I will add them later on!

  5. 5

    Some things you can do:
    Mushroom Pie:
Use 3 parts alfredo:1 part cream of chicken. Add parmesean cheese. Use broccoli, mushrooms, and chicken.
    Beef Pot Pie:
Use beef bullion and add it to the cream of chicken, Shredded Beef, lightly pan seared diced potatoes or frozen breakfast potatoes, and veggies
    Cheesy Chicken:
Add a layer of shredded cheese in between steps 2 and 3. Add parmesean cheese to mixture
    Chicken and Rice:
Use half the chicken, and substitute it with rice
