Ingredients

15 minutes

  • 8/10Ladies finger/ Bhindi
  • 2 tbs.Gram flour
  • 1 tsp.Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp.Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp.Cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinchSugar
  • 2 tbs.Oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the Bhindi in medium pieces. Take a bowl. Mix Bhindi with all masala & Gram flour. Mix it well. Rest it for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in Kadai & fry the Bhindi in low flame.

    Fry it both side very well. Then serve it with Steamed Rice & Dal.
