Pizza Paratha

First of all, take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and oil to it, add water and make a roti-like dough. Now let this dough rest for 10 minutes.

Now prepare stuffing for the paratha. Take a bowl for this. To this add finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum (take out the seeds of capsicum), finely chopped tomatoes (take out seeds) and corn kernels.

Now add mixed herbs, chili flakes, grated process cheese, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt to these vegetables and mix everything well. Now the paratha stuffing is ready.

Now take the prepared dough of wheat flour. Then make its round shaped balls. Now make a difference roti. Now spread the pizza sauce on this roti. Now leave a little part of the edge of the roti and fill the stuffing across half of the roti. Then stick the other side of the roti with the other side. Then make a design with a fork spoon across the edge of the roti.

Now the Pizza Paratha is ready - healthy and nutritious too. To garnish the parathas, take out a plate and sprinkle cheese (shredded) on top and serve Sezwan chutney with tomato ketchup.
