2 tbspbutter
2 tbspflour
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupparmesan or cheese of choice (optional)
1 tbspMinced garlic (Jar garlic is a great option)
Assorted seasonings (the more the better)

Mix butter and flour on high until it starts to bubble.

Turn down to med and gradually add the milk. Simmer until thickness of choice.
