  1. 1 tspghee
  2. 1tap cumin seeds
  3. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1/2chopped tomato
  6. 1/2chopped tomato puree
  7. 1 cupchopped spinach
  8. 2 cupboiled toover dal (any dal)
  9. For tadka:-
  10. 1 tspghee
  11. 1dry red chilli
  12. 1 tspasafoetida (hing)

    In a pan add ghee, cumin seeds, onion, tomato, tomato puree, garlic

    Add spinach mix it well.now add boiled toover dal

    Now boil it for 10 min.at low flame.in a pan add ghee,dry red chilli, cumin seeds, asafoetida mix it.now tadka is ready.now pour the tadka into a dal.
